DDA-Approved Personal Support Services
Personal Support Services are designed to assist individuals with activities of daily living and skill development based on their individualized, person-centered plans. Supports may include assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, mobility, and maintaining daily routines. These services promote independence, health, safety, and overall well-being while respecting individual preferences and choices.

Licensed DDA Community Living / Community Residential Services
Community Living and Community Residential Services support individuals in licensed residential or supported living environments. Services focus on helping individuals maintain stable housing, develop independent living skills, and actively participate in their communities. Supports may include household management, health and safety oversight, daily living assistance, and community integration, all delivered in a manner that promotes dignity, autonomy, and self-determination.

DDA-Approved Respite Care Services
Respite Care Services provide short-term, temporary support to ensure continuity of care while offering relief to families and primary caregivers. Services are delivered in approved settings and are designed to maintain the individual’s routine, safety, and comfort. Respite services support both the individual and their support system while preserving consistency in care.

DDA-Approved Nursing Services
Arvina Care Group provides DDA-approved nursing services delivered by licensed nursing professionals. These services include Nursing Consultation Services, Nursing Health Case Management Services, and Delegation Services. Nursing supports may include health monitoring, coordination of medical care, medication oversight, health education, and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers to support each individual’s medical and wellness needs.

Community Development Services (CDS)
Community Development Services support individuals in building skills that promote independence and meaningful participation in daily life and the community. CDS may include support with communication skills, self-care, decision-making, money management, social skill development, and engagement in community-based activities aligned with personal goals and interests. Services are delivered in accordance with the individual’s person-centered plan.

Transportation Services
Transportation Services support individuals in accessing medical appointments, employment, community activities, and other approved services. Transportation is provided in a safe and reliable manner to promote independence, community involvement, and continuity of care while supporting participation in daily life.
All services are provided in accordance with applicable DDA regulations and are guided by individualized, person-centered plans.
